Check out the Aviary Photo upload pluggin for gravity forms. Get it working and you get the $50.

After selecting the picture, the message "Wait a Second" comes up and never goes away.

I really don`t want to be rude but for those who are posting this solution: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/wait-a-second-1
which require to add a ";" on the line 66 right after "var data = "action=aa_ig_ajax&view=save_img&url="+newURL" you should take a look at the http://CampWorkUSA.com/wp-content/plugins/aviary-image-editor-add-on-for-gravity-forms/includes/js/gform-aviary.js and see that on line 66 the ";" is right where it have to be. So please stop post this solution before check it.
