I authored an ebook detailing my company's program to help healthcare organizations vet, interview, hire, and on-board new employees on budget. The title of the program and related ebook is "The Interview Game for Healthcare Employers - The Top 5 Secrets of Hiring the Best
Employees Without Ever Having to Break the Bank To Do it. I'd like to convert my written overview into a fully illustrated ebook with a table of contents. I also need a book cover graphic that looks like a bound version of a hardcover book (2D and 3D graphics). I need this ebook in .pdf format to be downloaded as part of a funnel offer. I have included a graphic that should make the protect easy. It's a take off of the old 1970's TV show, The Dating Game. I also need you to double check for editing mistakes that i might have missed.

I will have more work for the winner of this competition. I'm looking for a long term relationship with a quality vendor. I look forward to seeing some amazing work!

The criteria to decide are in the mind of the HealthCare employer. If you can read her mind, it is very simple game. The book shall have no value if it fails to catch her attention, then her interest to read it, and then get her motivated enough to take the action you need. It is like guiding her through a sales funnel! You need to remove distracting factors.

A hundred entry may confuse the buyer. We do have just a small segment of time to read what is in buyer's mind. Keeping in mind the target employer in HealthCare, the book cover must not be cluttered with overload of information. It should just convey what it needs to convey and that's all. The reader wants to judge what is inside of the book - let him get a clue of it. The eyes of the reader after catching the first look try to read the entire book in just a tag line that tells him what is inside of the book.

HINTS: Do your best - many of you are clearly talented, and the exercise of understanding what a client wants and how to deliver it HAS MORE VALUE than the prize. That SKILL will allow you to fill your pockets forever. REFRAME your idea of value. Push yourselves to be better than you are! Remember - the cover is a HOOK for the target audience. You (we) have 2 seconds to get the customer interested to learn more by solving the problem the book proposes to solve: 1) how do I simply, quickly, easily get better at hiring quality HEALTHCARE employees? and 2) how do I do that without being forced to pay more than what I have budgeted for the role? I am looking for the best HOOK within the time frame I have - 2 seconds. What about your current drafts either fails to create sufficient interest in your words or your images or your design? Final HINT: Golden Rule of Sales (and what I am using to pick the final winner): "The confused mind doesn't buy."

Thank you for all your great ideas! So far I like Alan A #13 as far as the cover, and I like #11 by Ibtisam S as far as the interior. Look at top-selling books in the area for inspiration -- books that either deal with interviewing or "Top Five ways of X without doing Y" -- in any field. Top seller books will likely contain insight as to what works. Model what works. Also, the "Interview Game" logo should give you guidance as far as colors and style. Find a way to infuse it without cluttering the space. I did also like Alan A. #2 - but thought it could be improved. Note the ebook's title references "employers" - not employees. Look forward to seeing next rounds.
