     Hello. Is there the possibility to build something in the back of the plot, as it has done your next door neighbour ?. He has the studio and laundry in a separate building in the back.

     Hi Ivanmfernandez. Yes it is possible. But remember two things. There needs to be rear access at the back of the property. And I think council regulations say you cannot build on more than 80% of the property
