We are seeking an experienced blockchain/full-stack team to build ReserveChain.io, an institutional Real-World Asset tokenization platform focused initially on ultra-high-purity Copper Powder and high-purity Nickel Wire.
The developer must deliver: public website, CMS/admin portal, industrial-metal registry, Digital Asset Passports, ERC-20 smart contracts, configurable tokenomics, institutional whitepaper, future Proof-of-Reserves and redemption modules, fully functional iOS and Android apps, testing, deployment, manuals, training and final handover.
ReserveChain is in the Swiss pre-incorporation/prelaunch stage. Final company details, legal structure, token classification, token-holder rights, laboratory reports, ownership records, valuations, custody, insurance, reserve confirmations, offering terms and permitted jurisdictions will be supplied later by the owner and appointed advisers.
The developer is not responsible for forming the Swiss company, giving legal opinions, valuing the metals, producing laboratory certificates or arranging custody/insurance. However, all required modules, workflows, fields, document areas and admin controls must be built now so approved information can be added later without rebuilding the platform. Missing information must never be invented.
REAL WORK REQUIRED
We will not select a winner based only on promises, screenshots, Figma-only work, purchased templates, AI-generated proposals or generic crypto websites.
Each contestant must provide a hosted working draft showing the ReserveChain homepage, responsive design, prelaunch disclosure, Copper Powder and Nickel Wire pages, sample Digital Asset Passport, functional waitlist, proposed CMS/admin structure, technical architecture, development schedule and confirmation that all attachments were reviewed.
All attached documents and written requirements form part of the scope.
PRELAUNCH RULES
The website must operate as an institutional prelaunch platform and must not suggest that tokens are already sold, issued, traded or redeemable. Use terms such as proposed, planned, in development and subject to final approval.
Mandatory disclosure:
“ReserveChain is currently in development. No tokens are being offered or sold through this website. Registration of interest does not constitute an investment, token purchase, asset reservation, price reservation, token allocation or entitlement to participate in any future offering. Any future availability will be subject to the final Swiss corporate and legal structure, definitive offering documentation, asset verification, custody arrangements, jurisdictional eligibility, KYC/KYB, sanctions screening and final approval.”
Do not claim that custody, insurance, Proof of Reserves, liquidity, redemption, ownership rights or returns are confirmed.
ReserveChain does not currently intend to offer tokens to residents/persons located in the EU/EEA. Do not describe the project as MiCA-compliant. Prepare configurable jurisdiction, KYC/KYB, AML, sanctions, eligibility and transfer controls.
WEBSITE, CMS AND ASSET REGISTRY
ReserveChain must look like an institutional industrial-assets/blockchain platform, not a meme token, casino or speculative presale.
Required areas include Home, Project Overview, both metal programs, Asset Registry, Digital Asset Passports, Verification, Custody, Proof of Reserves, Tokenization, Redemption, Enterprise Services, Documents/Whitepaper, Roadmap, Governance, FAQ, Contact, Waitlist and legal notices.
Build a scalable registry for asset programs, lots, batches, containers, coils, laboratories, Certificates of Analysis, ownership/custody records, valuations, insurance, reserve reports, token programs and redemption status.
Copper Powder and Nickel Wire records must support their relevant technical specifications, batch/container/coil IDs, weights, packaging, documents, valuations and unit-level reserve/redemption status.
Until verified documents are supplied, use clearly labelled illustrative templates only. Never invent quantities, certificates, custodians, insurers, valuations, token prices or contract addresses.
The CMS must manage content, assets, documents, valuations, custody, insurance, reserve/token data, whitepaper, legal notices, SEO, languages, waitlist, enquiries, website modes and module visibility without code changes.
Content states must include Draft, Under Review, Approved, Published, Unpublished and Archived. Draft content must not be public or indexed. A complete append-only, tamper-evident admin audit trail is mandatory and must not be editable or removable through the normal admin interface.
ERC-20, TOKENOMICS, RESERVES AND REDEMPTION
Develop secure ERC-20 smart contracts with configurable name, symbol and supply; controlled minting/burning; role permissions; pause controls; multisignature-compatible administration; treasury controls; redemption burn workflow; automated tests; testnet deployment; deployment scripts; verification and audit readiness.
Do not hard-code token price, supply, asset-to-token ratio, ownership rights, redemption thresholds, discounts, liquidity, appreciation or allocations without written approval. No Ethereum Mainnet deployment without explicit authorization.
Prepare configurable tokenomics covering supply, allocations, treasury, fees, reserve ratios, minting, burning, redemption and reporting.
Prepare future Proof-of-Reserves modules for inventory, documents, token supply, reserve calculations, reconciliation, discrepancies, attestations and historical reports. Prepare redemption workflows for compliance rechecks, token burn, container/coil selection, custody release, logistics, customs, fees and delivery confirmation. Keep these functions inactive until authorized.
WHITEPAPER
Prepare a professional institutional whitepaper covering the project model, both metal programs, proposed legal/custody/reserve frameworks, token architecture, tokenomics, governance, technology, security, compliance, redemption, roadmap and risks.
Pending information must be clearly marked. When final information is supplied, incorporate it and deliver editable DOCX, publication-ready PDF and source files for diagrams and graphics.
IOS AND ANDROID APPS
The project must include fully functional iOS and Android apps connected to the same backend, APIs, authentication and blockchain infrastructure.
The apps must support secure registration/login, MFA, profile and eligibility status, both metal programs, Digital Asset Passports, documents, token holdings, transactions, notifications and support. Wallet, purchase, Proof-of-Reserves and redemption functions must remain inactive until authorized.
Deliver complete iOS/Android source code, production-ready builds, build/deployment configurations, API documentation, store assets, privacy declarations, TestFlight and Google Play testing, App Store/Play Store submissions, review corrections and transfer of all mobile configurations.
The apps are not delivered merely by providing source code, APK or IPA files. They must be built, tested, demonstrated, documented and available through TestFlight and Google Play testing before acceptance.
All Apple Developer, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Firebase and related accounts must be owned or controlled by ReserveChain.
SECURITY, TESTING AND LANGUAGES
Implement role-based access, MFA, secure sessions, HTTPS, validation, secure uploads, rate limiting, protected environment variables, backups, monitoring and vulnerability management.
Support English, Spanish and Italian. Separate Development, Staging and Production environments are mandatory.
Testing must cover supported browsers/devices, forms, CMS permissions, audit logs, accessibility, performance, smart contracts, testnet, apps, backups, restoration, deployment and rollback.
MANUALS, TRAINING AND HANDOVER
ReserveChain must be able to operate, maintain, update, deploy, back up and restore the complete ecosystem without dependence on the original developer.
The developer must provide all website, backend, smart-contract, iOS and Android source code; repository ownership; database schema/migrations; API, architecture and infrastructure documentation; website/CMS manuals; iOS/Android build, signing, update and store-publication manuals; smart-contract and token-administration procedures; Asset Registry, Digital Asset Passport and Proof-of-Reserves manuals; security, backup, restoration and disaster-recovery manuals; deployment, maintenance and rollback instructions; domain/DNS/email/analytics/monitoring instructions; environment templates without live credentials; service/dependency inventory; testing, troubleshooting and known-issues documentation; whitepaper source files; and all design/diagram source files.
Manuals must provide step-by-step instructions allowing ReserveChain staff or a replacement developer to operate and maintain the platform independently.
Provide recorded training covering the website, CMS, assets, token, apps, deployment, backups, security and troubleshooting.
All repositories, servers, domains, databases, credentials, email, analytics, blockchain accounts, app-store accounts and third-party services must be owned or controlled by ReserveChain.
Handover is incomplete while any essential account, credential, procedure, documentation or operational knowledge remains under the developer’s exclusive control.
SELECTION AND ACCEPTANCE
Selection will be based on the working demo, architecture, security, apps, whitepaper and demonstrated progress—not only price.
A milestone is complete only after implementation, deployment, demonstration, testing, documentation, independent verification and formal owner acceptance.
This is not a request for a landing page, template, basic token or incomplete app. We require a secure, scalable ReserveChain ecosystem with full documentation and independent handover.
