i have created a rough draft (draft file in folder) i would like it to be clean up and look up more professional and not look pixelated

please dont waste you time to submit an entrie that looks worse than my draft file!! Keep the final design close to the same draft image..

i would give more job to the winner....

NOTE:
People are not submitting what i want... so i will give another example:

. that is the idea i am trying to give.. that one person sends something to the other.. and then everything gets activated ... and i would like it to be simple but also elegant and magical i guess is the word..
