I need 20 pieces 3D asymmetric shapes and 16 pieces Plate for each them for 3D shapes to cross through plates without touching. And holes of plates must match with side of each 3D shape with some offset. Example is at attachment. And all of them will be designed with old metal texture.

i got the basic idea of ur game..but u want the other 16 for what?? I think that they are the challenges that the player has to pass,to go to the next level.right? my question is all the 16 pics must be different or same?

Do you need 16 different plates for each object (20x16=320 Plates)?
Is the player allowed to rotate and move (right and left, up and down) the object while playing or just rotating it around its axis?

Do you want every shape to be able to pass through every plate? That will be a bit of a tall order. Or do you want shape 1 to be for plate 1, shape 2 for plate 2 etc. Is the point of the game to figure out how to rotate and position the shape so it can pass through the plate, or is the point of the game to be very precise in how you position the shapes to pass through an obvious plate?
