I cant afford for someone to smack a lawsuit on me for copying there logo, so you need to help me make sure that the designer who originally made it can't look at it and say "that's my logo"

Hey, so I still want to pick this one but I still need you to change the man or something. It is still the same exact man and cliff as the logo you got the image from. Can you change the position of his legs, change the rope, change the backpack? Do you understand what I am asking for and why I am asking it?
