Resumen del concurso

I need a pic modified in two ways:

1. The basic pic (original.jpg) - has to become in another shape (pic2.jpg, the whole blue area) without beeing resized. So there have to be borders attached at each side of the pic (principle shown in pic3, red frame is original pic).
Attached you find another pic with a bigger extract, so you can take parts from this while adapting the colors to "original.jpg". Since the gap at the right side is quite large, here has to be inserted some other pic in the background (some skyline or something like this behind the window. pls. provide yourself).

2. The head of the guy has to be substituted by another head ("head.png"). The main challange is to adapt the "normal" color of the new head, to the color of the original pic. A blank sheet of paper for white balance is shown on the "head-pic"

I need this done until tomorrow, sunday 6 p.m. - needless to say, that it must look as if it was an originaly shooten pic!

EDIT: with "clipping" I mean the relation of whole canvas to the pic. The final result must have the szie of pic2, but the original pic is not to be resized (because of cropping by the website at some monitor-sizes). So there have to be elements added on each side of the original pic.
The red frame shall not be in the final version, I just made it for better explaining.

EDIT: sorry lads and gents, I forgot to upload the mentioned "other pic with bigger extract" - you'll now find it attachted as "pic-bigger-frame.jpg". Though here is more continuance at the edges, the color is different from the "original". The color should be the one from "original.jpg".
