AEROMAX, USA is live and already attracting the right kind of traffic, but the site still speaks to our old positioning. I want to keep the existing platform and structure intact, yet elevate every touch-point so the brand reads as the premium aircraft intelligence firm we have become. Scope of work • Visual design – I will share detailed style directions, wireframes, and brand assets so you can give the interface a cleaner, more sophisticated feel without dismantling the current build. • Content – Key pages (about, solutions, insights, contact) need fresh copy that highlights our data-driven expertise and thought leadership. I will supply raw notes and value propositions; you shape them into concise, persuasive web text. • Functionality – Minor UX tweaks and performance checks are required to keep load times fast and navigation intuitive while the new look rolls out. No full rebuild; we are enhancing what is there. Primary objective Everything you touch should reinforce premium perception—imagery, typography, tone, and micro-interactions all working together so prospects immediately sense trust and innovation. Deliverables 1. Updated style guide (fonts, color palette, imagery guidelines) 2. Redesigned page templates implemented on the live site 3. Revised on-page copy ready for publication 4. Functionality improvements deployed and tested across modern browsers & mobile Acceptance criteria • Site remains fully operational during the upgrade • New visuals align with the provided branding instructions • Copy is error-free, SEO-friendly, and consistent in voice • Core pages score at least 90 on Google PageSpeed Insights after launch I look forward to seeing how you can transform our existing site into a polished, premium showcase without starting from scratch.
